This 199-unit high rise apartment building was designed to bring a new level of luxury to Scottsdale, AZ on a 1.5 acre lot. This project was to be the highest density per square acre to ever be built in the city of Scottsdale before it was cancelled by the owner after several months of negotiations with the neighborhood.
